Postnatal recovery is about more than getting in shape, it's about strengthening your mind and body through exercise, meditation, yoga, appropriate nutrition and community. This training enables you to provide all of these things in one baby friendly class!

We cover everything from awareness of the role hormones play, safe pelvic floor exercises and maintaining a healthy diet whilst feeding through to perinatal mental health awareness and mindfulness.
